The school owner manages one pool of approved substitutes with teacher training and experience by year group and subject – shared by all schools in the municipality.
Search and book
Search by date and filter by year group, subject and level of education. The list only shows approved substitutes who are actually available that day.
Booking confirmed immediately
Book a single day or a whole period – the booking gets a booking number, with responsibility for group and subject and a message to the substitute.
No double bookings
A booked substitute is automatically hidden from other schools on those days; cancelled days are released immediately.
Availability calendar
The substitute’s calendar shows available, booked and unavailable days month by month.

What the municipality gets
The substitute pool is managed by the school owner: substitutes are added, approved and managed centrally, and schools can only book approved and available substitutes. Every booking is traceable with a booking number.
